Sleight School Terms of Service
Welcome to Sleight School! We are an online membership community for magicians and sleight of hand enthusiasts. By accessing our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership
a. Subscription Fees: You must pay the subscription fee to become a member of Sleight School. The subscription fee is non-refundable and is paid monthly. You will lose access to community content at the end of the current pay period upon cancellation of a subscription.
b. Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
c. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violating our policies or causing harm to other members or our community as a whole.
2. Conduct
a. Respect: We expect all members to treat each other with respect and kindness. Any rude or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
b. Illegal Activity: Any member caught engaging in or promoting illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities and will be banned from the community.
c. Content: Members are responsible for the content they post on the website. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
3. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content on the Sleight School website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Sleight School or our licensors.
b. Use: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content on our website without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
a. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our services or following our advice.
b. Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content on our website.
